I've been tripping over an abundance of share-worthy material during surfings of the World Wide Web lately. To best grasp it all, I've compiled a "top-five" list.
Top Five Best Cyberspace Unearthings In Recent Memory
5. Running From Camera
If ever there were a "case in point" argument for my being easily entertained, Running From Camera would be Exhibit A. While the photographs on this web log are grin-making all on their own, I can't help but wonder how lookers-on react to a man sprinting away from his Canon.
4. Missed Connections
Ex-Boss Brittany introduced me to artist Sophie Blackall's "Missed Connections" series recently and I've come to drooly anticipate each new installment. Blackall's web log features painted renditions of actual Missed Connections from Craigslist. If you're unfamiliar with said section of said website, I suggest you phone a friend straight away. Or, better yet, consult Craig's List.
At times it's been darn near impossible to lug myself away from ToneMatrix, a simple sine wave synthesizer. Substitute Teacher Friend Evan is responsible for my addiction, which I've come to cherish as my own personal FAO Schwarz "Big" scene.
2. Then We Got Help!
Four struggling couples can't afford therapy so they decide to discuss their relationship issues with each other. Shot in the same vein as "The Office" and "Modern Family," "Then We Got Help!" is an insanely funny web dramedy that critics are calling, well, "an insanely funny web dramedy."
1. Savannah's 9-1-1 Call
Ex-Boss Annie beered me the following grand-tastic video from "The Bonnie Hunt Show" yesterday. Suffice it to say, I was unprepared for the extreme level of adorability it radiates. Be forewarned, you will gush.
